Penelope Nicholas was born and raised in Lowell, Mass. and was educated in the Lowell school system. She is a descendant of Greek immigrants and is a member of the Holy Trinity Orthodox Church of Lowell, Massachusetts, the first Greek Orthodox church built in the the United States. She speaks and writes in both Greek and English. Her love of writing came very early in life, and she hopes you enjoy her poems as much as she enjoyed writing them.
